Random Sets Volleyball-Lansing
Fall session is open for registration. We will once again be on Tuesday nights. The first week is July 28th. Everyone will complete a skills validation to ensure that the randomized teams are fair across the board. This is a more competitive league than Monday nights where lifts are called, so if you are new to the sports, you are encouraged to register for the Monday league instead.
Ages
Must be 18 years old to play in any GAAY Sports League on the day the league begins.

Tuesdays at 6pm.

Practices
There are no formal practices. Some teams may choose to meet on their own.
Games
You will play two matches per week. Each match is best 2-of-3 sets. You play to 21, win by 2 points with a cap at 30 points. The third set is only played if necessary and is played to 15, win by 2, capped at 25 points.
Jerseys
This league does not get shirts for participants since we don't know what team anyone is on until the first week. Hence the lower cost to register.
Lansing - Fall 2026 (Tuesdays)
For those looking for a bit more competitive volleyball, join us for our 4v4 league. We call this league a bit tighter as far as lifts and in the net, so a certain skill level is required.
Teams are completely randomized the first night of the league to try to ensure a balance of talent. Not sure you have what it takes? Join us July 28th for a skills assessment and pickup games and decide after if you want to play.
Register
