Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
LGBTQIA+ Family BBQ
This is a free event.
Volleyball - Sand
A refund is available up until a week before the start of the league; after that, we are unable to offer a refund.
Capital City Dragon Boat Race
The funds benefit the Women's Center of greater Lansing. We have a set cost for the organization to have the boat int he race, so we can not issue a refund, however, we will allow you to transfer you spot to someone else. So if you sign up and can't participate for some reason, you can find someone else to take your spot and they just pay you back.
Kickball
Full refund up until shirts have been ordered for the league (typically two weeks prior). Full refund minus $15 if shirts have been ordered. No refunds once the league has started.
PICKLEBALL
Refunds can be given up until seven days before the start of the league. After that, no refund can be given. Insurance is offered if you have to withdraw for an injury or other circumstances.
Swing w/Pride Golf Scramble
A refund may be given up until 7 days before the event. After that, all donations are final.
Apparel Sale
If you get it and it doesn't fit, I will exchange any unworn shirts for a different size provided the item has not been worn and/or soiled.
Bowling
Your registration fee will be returned if you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the league.
Dodgeball
A full refund can be given up until 10 days before the league starts. Less than ten days, and a $10 cancellation fee will be charged to cover the cost of the t-shirt, and once the league has begun, no refunds will be given.
Tough Mudder 5K
Once we reach ten people and register for the group rate, no refund can be given; however, your ticket is transferable.
INDOOR GOLF SCRAMBLE
You can request a full refund up until two weeks before the event.
NCAA Bracket Challenge
This is a freebie. The winner of each bracket (men's and women's) will receive a gift certificate to The Berry Pick'n Baker.
Kiss My GAAY Axe
You are eligible for a refund up until the day league starts. Once the league starts, no refund will be given.
NFL Fantasy Football
There are no refunds for Fantasy Football. If you want out, you must get out before the draft and find someone to replace you.
Volleyball - Indoor
A refund may be given up until ten days before the start of the league. After that, a refund minus $10 will be given, and once the leagues starts, no refund will be given.
Every GAAY Is Shufflin'
A credit (to be used for another GAAY Sport event) may be issued up to seven days before the start of the league. After that, no credits can be given.
Field Days
A full refund can be given up until 10 days before the Field Day.
DRAFT KICKBALL
You can receive a refund up until 7 days before the draft.
Quarterly Cornhole Tournament
You may receive a refund (minus processing fees) up to one week before the tournament. After that, no refunds will be given.
