PICKLEBALL
During this six-week pickleball league, you will play 5 or 6 games each week (final number determined once we have a final number of registrations). You will be placed in a group of 6 -8 people on a court. Among those 6-8 people, you will play your games, each with a different partner and against various opponents. You earn points wether you win or lose based on how many points your team scores in the game. If you lose, say 9-11, you and your teammate for that game both earn 9 points. The winners, however, earn 15 points: 11 for the game and 4 bonus points for the win.
Each week, courts are reassigned based on point totals. After week 1, the six highest point accumulations are on a court, then the next six, etc. etc. After the completion of the sixth week, the person with the most points will be crowned our champion.
If we have enough people register, we will divide the league into two separate leagues based on skill level.

Is there an age limit for this league?
Anyone aged 18 years and above is eligible to play in this league.
Who is this league for?
This leage is primairy for members of the LGBTQIA+ Community. However, we welcome anyone who is loving and welcoming of all people to be a part of our leagues.
How many games will we play?
You will play five or six games per week. Each game is played until one team reaches 11 points.
When is this league?
Lansing - Saturdays 5-7:00 PM
Ann Arbor - Saturdays 3-5 PM
Do I need my own equipment?
Yes, you need your own paddle, and league members are expected to bring balls to play.

Ann Arbor - Spring 2025
We Don't Dink Around makes its way to Ann Arbor this Spring. Saturdays beginning May 10th and ending June 21st from 3-5 pm. Stay after and enjoy some beverages and play on any of their sand volleyball courts, bocci courts, or cornhole boards free of charge!
Grand Rapids - Fall 2025
We Don't Dink Around makes its way to Grand Rapids for the first time in this eight-week league in Byron Center. This is a singles league; however, you play doubles with a different partner each game in the league. You accumulate points based not just on wins and losses, but by how many points you score in those games! So even earning points in a loss is important. This league will be on Sundays from 3-5 PM.
